Youโll need:โ
๐ 1 packet of Darrell Lea Green Apple Chewy Stixโ
๐ 1 packet green jelly (apple or lime)โ
๐ Ready-made custardโ
๐ Crumbled cookies of your choiceโ
๐ Whipped creamโโ
How to make it:โ
1๏ธโฃ Prepare the jelly as directed and pour halfway into a glass. Let it cool slightly.โ
2๏ธโฃ Add six chopped Green Apple Chewy Stix and place in the fridge to set.โ
3๏ธโฃ Pour the remaining jelly into a bowl and refrigerate until firm.โ
4๏ธโฃ Once the glass layer is set, spoon over custard, sprinkle cookie crumbs, and top with cubes of the extra jelly.โ
5๏ธโฃ Finish with a generous swirl of whipped cream.โ
